Boulder Elementary is happy to accept new student enrollments for Kinder Cubs Early Literacy - 8th Grade anytime throughout the year. 

Please complete each of the forms below and return them one of four ways:

• deliver to the school office at 205 S. Washington
• mail them to P.O.Box 1346 Boulder, MT 59632
• fax them to 406.225.9218
• email to the Secretary tawni.pettis@bgs.k12.mt.us or to the School Counselor devyn.ottman@bgs.k12.mt.us

Please be sure to include:

• Proof of residency in the district -  ie. power bill with physical address on it,
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Immunization Records
